I have been a part of CBM since 2009. One of the aspects of working for an ESOP is that there are many opportunities to be involved in developing our culture. The ESOP Committee was developed with the goal of promoting a company culture that reflects who CBM is as a company. The committee works throughout the year to plan and organize activities, the company picnic, ESOP Education, and fundraising for local organizations. Being a member of the ESOP Committee has been a rewarding part of my career at CBM. I especially enjoy seeing everyone come together to raise money during our end of year team challenges.
