Cleaves-Bessmer-Marietti is currently seeking a career minded Outside Sales Professional based Nebraska or Iowa to join our Communications team for the markets in Nebraska and Iowa. The territory will require travel throughout both states. This role will encompass everything from generating new business to servicing and nurturing existing relationships.
Responsibilities Include:
• Understanding and presenting product demonstrations to potential customers.
• Prospect new business within the assigned territory using a variety of networking tools and techniques.
• Develop and implement sales strategy to achieve personal and company goals.
• Completing and submitting timely and accurate documentation using Salesforce territory management software.
• Provide accurate and detailed reports to the manufacturers represented within the assigned territory.
• Projecting a positive image when representing Cleaves-Bessmer-Marietti to our customers, our manufacturers, and the industry we serve.
Requirements:
• Account management or other relevant experience.
• People-oriented, sales driven, team-player.
• Demonstrated ability to execute results against strategy and meet critical deadlines.
• Honesty and integrity.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to travel overnight on a regular basis.
• Strong desire to grow your business and exceed expectations.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communications skills.
• Technical School or BA/BS degree preferred, but not required.
