What is your role at CBM?

Account Manager.

What skills do you bring to CBM that have helped you be successful?

Before joining CBM I worked inside sales for a large distributor covering the Utility Market in Oklahoma & North Texas. In that role I was able to develop a large network of colleagues and had the benefit to learn from all the reps that I was working with at that time. This experience helped me learn the industry, and products so that I could best focus on building relationships and taking care of our customers.

What gives you the most satisfaction working at CBM?

The collaborative culture, working for an ESOP company ultimately means that we all work together for the common good of CBM. I approach sales as a form of customer services so for me the satisfaction comes from helping our customer’s find a solution that best suits their need.

What are your hobbies/interests outside of work?

Outside of work I enjoy spending time w/family, listening to podcasts, working on the yard, cooking, and golf.

What is something most people do not know about you?

Most do not know that am I certified to teach High School Social Studies in Oklahoma.
