I have been with CBM for almost 8 years.

What is your role at CBM?

Inside Sales Specialist.  I handle quote requests, process orders, provide technical support on our Utility lines that we represent.

What skills do you bring to CBM that have helped you be successful?

Prior to joining CBM, I worked in Retail Management for many years where I learned the importance of customer service.  Asking questions along with communicating well with others has always been important to me and has helped me be successful.

What gives you the most satisfaction working at CBM?

Being able to help a customer out of a jam.  Or what I like to say, turning lemon into lemonade.  From that initial point of contact from the customer until the very end we are there with the customer to help them get through whatever issue they are facing at the time.  When you see just how much of an impact you made on a single customer at the end of the day, it makes it all worth it.

What are your hobbies outside of work?

With one very active 8-year-old boy he keeps my wife and I plenty busy.  We spend a lot of time with family, outside, going to parks, board games, and videogames.  We also have a blind 2-year-old miniature Dachshund named Jasmine.

What is something that most people might not know about you?

I went to Emporia State University.  Go Hornets!
