What is your role at CBM?

Communications Account Manager for Missouri and Arkansas

What skills do you bring to CBM that has helped you be successful?

I had the opportunity to work for a technology-leading rural telephone company for over twenty years.  My experience in both the central office and outside plant operations positioned me to provide honest and reliable advice to our customers.

What gives you the most satisfaction working at CBM?

The employees and Customers.  I could not ask for a better group of people to work with. Everyone gets along, and it is a team effort that makes it enjoyable no matter what we are doing.  Building relationships with our customers and watching their projects from start to finish is rewarding.

What are your hobbies/interests outside of work?

If I am not working, I’m hunting, fishing, collecting old fishing lures, shooting, or golfing with my kids.

What is something most people might not know about you?

My kids have shown Registered Angus and Crossbred Steers at the Missouri State Fair for 9 years.  My daughter won Reserve Champion for Cow-Calf Pair one year.

Do you have anything else you would like to include?

I appreciate the industry accepting me into my new role over the last 2 years.  Having the opportunity to be a trusted resource to my peers has been rewarding.
